Recruitment
We have a uniquely qualified team who's job is to find and qualify candidates for placement with our customers. Using a network of referrals, contacts, and social media outreach we are constantly looking for good people. We often find great candidates through our valuable team of current employees. Our application process verifies each applicant's past employment; ascertains criminal status, drug tests and assures legal status. We comply with all local, state and federal employment laws.
Training
Once hired, our supervisory staff works to make sure each employee is fully aware of and prepared for your hotel's unique culture. After going through a basic training program, followed by onsite training, each assigned to your property is familiar with the property itself, housekeeping standards, specific tasks and instructions. We work with you to provide ongoing support and evaluation. Most of our staff is job ready the 1st or 2nd day at your hotel, often because they come to the job with experience and/or skills needed to be productive.
Managing
Our management team is hands on and in contact with each customer on a regular basis. We are a local company not burdened by rules and regulations from headquarters far away. Our management can be onsite, if needed, or is ready to work with you on smaller one or two staff placements. We know the importance of housekeeping to the vitality of the property in earning high marks from hotel guests. Our hands on approach assures you that we are there to fully support your hotel's mission in every way.
